At Finone, we’re creating a next-generation Fintech platform that blends AI-driven intelligence, automation, and beautiful design to help individuals and businesses take control of their financial data.
You’ll work closely with the founders, product designers, and backend engineers to develop models and workflows that:
Automate financial analysis
Detect spending patterns
Predict future trends
Personalize recommendations for every user

2. Key Responsibilities
Architect, build, and deploy AI and machine learning systems from prototype to production.
Collaborate with product and data teams to design predictive features that enhance user experience.
Develop, train, and evaluate models using financial and behavioral data.
Optimize model performance for real-time, low-latency environments.
Build data pipelines for collection, cleaning, and transformation.
Contribute to core engineering decisions — from infrastructure to algorithmic strategy.
Stay updated on the latest trends in AI/ML, fintech, and data ethics to guide innovation responsibly.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to shaping the technical culture of the company.
3. qualifications
Must-have:
4+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Applied AI.
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience building and deploying ML models in production environments.
Solid understanding of APIs, backend architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
Nice-to-have:
Experience in Fintech, data analytics, or financial modeling.
Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models) or Generative AI.
Knowledge of data security and compliance (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
Previous startup or early-stage company experience.
